Calls are charged at £1.00 per minute. Maximum call length 30 mins.

All calls are recorded for training purposes. This service is available between 10:00hrs and 15:00hrs Monday to Friday. Whilst we will always make every effort to provide a solution The Service Centre makes no promise to resolve technical problems by telephone and can only offer"Best Advice". Due to time constraints we are unable to guide unqualified persons through a complex fault finding process consequently our best advice may be to recommend the attendance of a suitably qualified person to resolve the problem. However we can supply data sheets, technical notes and manuals subject to availability to cover technical enquiries received by this service. No liability is accepted for any incidental, consequential or special (including punitive or multiple) damages or damage arising from collisions with other vessels or objects or any failure of equipment as a result of the caller acting on the advise given by this service. All advice provided here in is merely an aid to fault analysis, commissioning or navigation and is given on the assumption that a suitably qualified person will be employed to carry out any instructions and It is the responsibility of the caller to employ such persons where required and exercise discretion and proper navigational skill when navigating a vessel.
